Ghostwriter

Your ideas. Your voice. My pen. No séance required.

A ghostwriter is a luxury service for authors.

My book would not have been possible without Lisa. She kept me focused, pulled the stories out of me (even the not-so-fun ones), and helped my written words come to life and read more like I speak and communicate naturally.

Jeremy Delk, CEO Delk Enterprises. Author of Without a Plan, named by Forbes magazine as one of “3 Books to Build a Thriving and Productive Business in 2023.”

Hiring a ghostwriter isn’t cheating. It’s delegation—and it’s smart. You bring the brilliance; I handle the pages.

What does a ghostwriter do?

As your Ghostwriter, I’ll:

  • Interview you (and your trusted sources) to extract the good stuff
  • Do additional research to fill in gaps, if necessary
  • Capture your voice so it sounds like you, only tighter, sharper, and reader-ready
  • Deliver a full manuscript, then refine it with you until it feels perfect

And yes, it’s still your book. Your ideas, your message, your name on the cover. I’m just the invisible hand making sure it all makes sense.

The process isn’t always smooth sailing—sometimes your story stirs up big emotions, sometimes deadlines feel like high seas—but I’ll be right there, steadying the helm. Together, we’ll land at the exact harbor you imagined when you first dreamed of writing a book.

The next question at this point is generally, “How much will this cost me?” That can be hard to answer, as it will depend on whether I need to travel to spend time with you in person, do research, interview others, etc. However, for most books, where we have recorded conversations and I am not required to do deep research or interview outside sources, my rate is $30,000 for a 50,000-word book, payable over a mutually agreed-upon timeline.
